These terms are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and professionalism in all transactions between Sikap and its clients. By availing of our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following policies:
A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to officially secure your slot. This ensures your project is included in our schedule and that other inquiries for the same slot are respectfully declined.
The remaining balance must be settled before the final output is delivered. For installment arrangements, payments must be pre-approved by the team.
Late payments after delivery will incur a ₱10/day late fee until fully settled.
Rush projects (tasks with deadlines 3 days or less) require full payment upfront due to priority handling.
All payments are made only through official and verified Sikap payment channels (e.g., GoTyme). Any other form of payment not listed by the team will not be recognized as valid.
Receipts or screenshots of payment must be submitted immediately after transaction for proper documentation.
Tasks due in 3 days or less are automatically classified as rush and may be subject to additional fees depending on workload and complexity.
Clients are encouraged to set deadlines at least 1–2 days earlier than their real requirement to allow time for revisions and adjustments.
Failure to provide clear deadlines may result in scheduling delays.
Any change in the project’s timeline after payment may be accommodated only if approved by the team and if the new schedule aligns with current workload. Two (2) free minor revision is allowed if feedback is provided within 8–12 hours after delivery and if the revision request aligns strictly with the original instructions.
No feedback = no revision.
Late or additional revisions beyond the free inclusion will incur extra charges.
Standard revisions are processed within 3–5 working days, depending on project type and workload. Rush revisions may be accepted at additional cost.
Major revisions (such as conceptual changes, reformatting, or rewriting due to client error) are not included in the free revision clause and will be treated as a new or add-on task.
Clients must provide complete, accurate, and clear instructions upon inquiry. Incomplete or misleading instructions may cause delays or additional fees for revision or clarification.
All project files, templates, or reference materials must be provided before work starts. Sending materials midway through production may require schedule adjustment or added fees.
Sikap is not liable for inconsistencies caused by unclear or last-minute changes to the client’s original instructions.

The 50% down payment is non-refundable under any circumstance.
Full or partial refunds will only be considered in rare and verified valid cases (e.g., force majeure, verified medical emergencies).
Sikap reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue service to clients who violate terms or display unprofessional behavior.
Respectful communication is expected at all times.
Rude, disrespectful, or unprofessional behavior, as well as ghosting (failing to reply or acknowledge updates, feedback, or payments within a reasonable time), may result in service refusal or permanent banning.
Sikap upholds professional boundaries; repeated urgent follow-ups outside reasonable hours (e.g., midnight inquiries, excessive messages) may not be entertained immediately but will be acknowledged within working hours.
Sikap keeps all client information private. This includes project files, messages, personal details, and payment records. We handle everything you share with care, and we will not reveal or give it to anyone else without your permission.
Once a project is finished, Sikap may show the final output in our portfolio, sample work, or promotions. This helps us show future clients the kind of work we do. If you don’t want your project to be shown, just let us know—we will respect your request and keep it private.
It is not allowed to share, leak, copy, or use Sikap’s work or payment information in any wrong or unauthorized way. If this happens, we may stop working with you permanently and take action if needed.
Clients are also not allowed to resell, reuse, or claim Sikap’s work as if it was made for another client or project. The work we make is only for your own use, based on what was agreed on in the commission. Any change in how the work is used should be discussed with Sikap first.
We’ll send all your outputs online—through your chosen platform (email, Telegram, or Google Drive).
The final files will be yours after the full payment has been made.
We sometimes feature samples of finished work in our portfolio (but never with sensitive info!). Let us know before the project ends if you prefer to keep everything private—no worries, we’ll respect that completely.
All academic and research outputs include Turnitin AI and Plagiarism Scan reports.
Sikap guarantees originality and compliance with ethical writing standards. However, the client is responsible for proper usage of the deliverables (e.g., submitting under their name, following academic integrity policies).
The team reserves the right to refuse unethical or prohibited commissions (e.g., fake credentials and falsified data).
Sikap always aims to deliver the best possible output based on the details and instructions you provide. Once you’ve reviewed and approved the final files, Sikap is no longer responsible for any results or interpretations that may follow—such as grades, panel feedback, or comments from instructors or evaluators.
If ever your teacher, adviser, or panel suggests changes after submission, don’t worry—you can still request revisions. These will follow Sikap’s regular revision policy, and small edits may be accommodated depending on scope.
Once we’ve delivered the agreed output on time and according to what was discussed, our work on the project is considered complete. Any support beyond that will be handled as a separate request or based on the revision terms.
By paying the down payment and proceeding with your project, you:
Confirm that you have read and understood all terms and conditions stated above.
Agree to abide by all policies to ensure smooth, fair, and professional collaboration.
Understand that violation of any clause may result in termination of service or future banning.
